Wait! What’s a Dial? was founded in May 2012 as a way for me (Allison) to gain experience writing about television. Since then, the blog has expanded to eight writers with varying levels of experience. Currently, we all either go to or recently graduated from Rowan University, but that wasn’t done on purpose.

Anyone is welcome to write for Wait! What’s a Dial? In fact, we would love your help! All you have to do is email waitwhatsadial@gmail.com, say you would like to contribute, name a few shows you currently watch, and describe what genres you are interested in.

If you don’t have previous experience, that’s not a problem. Just email me and we’ll discuss potential topics for your first post, which will also give me a sense of your writing style. I look forward to hearing from you.
